List Of Best Selling Smartphones of 2019
2019 is just a few months old and we have seen so many huge releases kick-starting the 5G and folding phone trend as well. Huawei Mate X has started things in a very new style while Sony Xperia 1 has also impressed us with its 4K OLED Display.
We have also seen the latest and trending devices from Samsung. Not only the super cool and expensive Galaxy S10 and S10 plus but also the semi-affordable S10e.
Well, we have a huge list of smartphones that are the best. But what are the top five smartphones that we can consider among all the smartphones? Here I am going to answer this question.
Here You Go
Huawei P30 Pro
Huawei P30 pro has replaced our favorite phones of 2018. The Leica-branded back camera is awesome for photography. There are 3 main camera modules and each is handling something different. The set is held together by a main 40-megapixel f/1.6 camera with a pixel arrangement designed to let more light into the sensors.
Low light shots are really superb and zooming features paired up with a featured packed camera app are the best. In short, you have got the best photography package.
This phone has 4200 mAh battery with quick charging and Kirin 980 chip set. This phone is one of the best phones of this year.
- Great cameras
- Slick design
- Massive battery
- EMUI needs an overhaul
- Screen lacks the sharpness of the S10
Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus
Samsung Galaxy S10 and Samsung Galaxy S10 plus are both the fantastic slabs of design with the curved glass back and the screen that fits the entire front of the smartphone. The regular S10 has 6.1-inch display and S10 plus has a 6.4-inch display. Both have quad HD + resolution, HDR support, and loads of brightness.
Both the phones have Exynos 9820, paired with 8 GB RAM and 128GB RAM expandable storage. Well if you want more oomph then there is a version of S10 PLUS WITH 12GB RAM and storage option rising till 1TB. Both smartphones have 3 cameras on the back.
- A regular 12-megapixel one
- An ultra-wide version
- A tele camera for zooming
Neither phone impresses us too much when it comes to the endurance.
- Much versatility with cameras
- The best screen around
- Lovely new design
- One UI is still buggy
- Battery life is not as good as expected in both models.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro
Huawei Mate 20 pro is a stunning phone with a pack of inordinate features inside the sleek body of the phone. There is no other phone going on as much as this phone is going on these days.
The highlight of this phone is the triple camera system that combines wide angle, super wide angle and telephoto into one great package. The flawless night mode let you take pictures in very dim light.
The display is colorful, sharp, and boasts support for HDR content. It has a slightly curved panel, that can make it hard for you to grip.
This phone has wireless charging feature with very good battery life. This is one of the phones that can go to two days without running out of juice.
- Impressive design
- Great camera
- Very fast charging
- Lovely screen
- Exceptional battery life
- Huawei’s software is still buggy and ugly
iPhone XR is one of the best iPhone released till now. This phone offers the same fantastic 12-megapixel f/1.8 wide-angle camera with A12 Bionic processor, and smart HDR but at a price that is a bit heavy to digest.
Other impressive features include wireless charging, battery life, classic Apple built quality, and a very nice range of colors. Before release, lots of people said about the 6.1 inches Liquid Retina Display but it is not as good as the screen on XS. Well, it still has bright colors and looks very good to our eyes.
Our one main criticism is, as usual, the lack of fast charging. You will have to spend almost 3 hours charging.
- The wide range of colors
- Great camera
- Top performance
- XS features at a lower price
- No fast charger
Google Pixel 3
This phone has a 5.5-inch pixel that is our most preferred option. It is powered by the same Snapdragon 845 that is found in the best phones of the year. The sleek and new back designed set is apart from its predecessor and it allows for wireless charging with the OLED display.
It is great for watching the HDR display. Camera quality and technology is the biggest talking point on any Pixel phone. The company has added the awesome low light shooting mode, and the Super-Res Zoom helps ease the lack of secondary rear sensor. The super wide front camera can fit more your friends in one selfie.
- Great haptic
- Much improved design
- Google’s Android is the best Android.
- Breathtaking front and back cameras
- Fast wireless charging
- No facial unlocking
- Can scratch easily
